WORKSHOP
CAPABILITY
Our workshop caters for pump and blowers overhauls to at least 55kW motor power. Test parameters logged include; ultimate vacuum/pressure, motor current, noise level and temperature (thermal imager).We operate a commercial quality paint spray booth which ensures high quality finishing without detrimental effects to staff or the environment.
Inventory
We hold NZ’s largest inventory of pumps, blower and spare parts and cater for all-brands, such as; Agilent-PVR, Wonchang, FPZ, Goorui, Edwards, Finder (Ing Centra), Pedro Gil, Robuschi, Sihi, Speck, Gardner Denver (Rietschle), Busch, DVP and Becker.
FIELD SERVICE CAPABILITY
VABS is well positioned to service industrial vacuum and blowing equipment. We have invested in premium analysis equipment which allows us to provide comprehensive and meaningful health checks. Specialist equipment includes a thermal imaging camera, laser alignment tool, vibration measuring device, static measuring device, liquid ring flow testing equipment and logging-capable absolute gauges. We have developed a mobile app which allows us to generate the equipment job report on the spot, ensuring that information relating to plant is provided in a timely and professional manner.
Support
Currently employing six site-service specialists including partners we have a total of six hands-on technicians available for site service work, pump installations etc. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday 4:30am till 6pm and Saturday 8am till 3pm. Outside of this coverage we offer 24 hour service and call out / breakdown assistance and have a large range of loan pumps to suit most applications.
